Privacy Policy

How WordCraft AI handles writing inputs, usage limits, and optional account information.

Last updated: 2026-10-12

This policy describes the free beta at wordcraftai.net, operated under the WordCraft AI name. The writing tools can be used without creating an account or providing payment details.

Your writing inputs and results

When you select Generate, the description and writing options you enter are sent to our server and to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce suggestions. This processing is necessary to respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or private information about someone else that you are not entitled to share.

The writing feature does not save your input or generated output as an account history, and our application does not deliberately log their contents. Your current draft and results appear in your browser while you use the tool. Copy anything you want to keep before leaving the page. This is not a promise that no operational data is processed anywhere: Cloudflare also processes requests under its own service terms and policies.

Cloudflare's Workers AI data usage documentation describes its treatment of prompts and outputs, including its policy on model training. We do not use your writing submissions to train our own models.

Usage and security information

To keep the free beta available, we use your network IP address for short-term rate limiting. Our writing application does not write that address to the usage database. Cloudflare may separately process network and device information when delivering and protecting the site.

Our Cloudflare D1 database stores a daily site-wide request count and its UTC date. These aggregate counts do not contain your prompt, result, IP address, or account identifier. They are retained to operate and review the service's usage budget. A failed generation may count toward the daily allowance because an upstream request may still consume resources.

Hosting and security services may process request metadata and operational logs to deliver the service, detect abuse, and diagnose failures. Processing may take place outside your country.

Optional accounts and support

If you create an account to use account or support features, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, authentication records, and support messages. These records are stored separately from the anonymous writing tool's daily counts and retained while needed to provide the account, handle requests, and meet applicable obligations.

Account creation also records the sign-up IP address, approximate country supplied by our hosting service, browser language, and available referral or campaign information. This helps us understand where registrations come from and operate account features. These account records are separate from the writing tool, which does not persist IP addresses in its daily usage counter.

A support message is intentionally saved so that a request and any replies can be followed up. Do not include a writing draft in a support message unless you want that text included in the support record.

Cookies and local preferences

The site may remember your language and display preferences. Account features use cookies needed for authentication and session security. You can remove cookies and local preferences through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset your choices. The free beta does not require a payment card and does not process subscription payments.

When you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters, we may set first-party cookies named utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content. When your browser supplies a referring website, we may also save that referral in a first-party cookie. These cookies last up to 30 days and preserve the first recorded source during that period. If you register while they are present, available values are copied into your account record and follow the account retention described above. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser; the public writing tool does not require them.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare to host the site, run AI generation, protect requests, and store necessary database records. We do not sell your writing inputs or account information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address abuse and protect the service. Links to Instagram, TikTok, and other sites lead to services with their own policies; we do not connect to your social accounts.

Your choices and requests

You can use the writing tools without an account, choose what details to submit, and stop using the service at any time. To ask about personal data, request access or deletion of account or support records, or report a privacy issue, use Support Tickets. This entry requires an account so you can track a reply. Include only the information needed to identify your request; we may need to verify that it concerns your own data.

Rights and retention requirements depend on your circumstances and applicable law. We assess requests against those requirements and explain any information we must retain. We cannot retrieve or delete an anonymous writing history that our application never saved.

Changes

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. A material change to how writing inputs are stored or used will be described here and in the relevant product flow before it takes effect.
