Terms of Service
Terms for WordCraft AI free beta writing tools, AI suggestions, and acceptable use.
Last updated: 2026-10-12
These terms apply to the WordCraft AI service at wordcraftai.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The free beta
WordCraft AI helps turn details you provide into photo captions and short-video openings. The public beta is free, requires no payment card, and has usage limits. Availability, limits, and features may change as the service develops. A generation can fail or be temporarily unavailable; failed attempts may count toward service limits. There is no paid subscription or automatic charge in this beta. Any future paid feature will require a separate, explicit purchase decision.
We do not publish to Instagram or TikTok, connect to your social accounts, or promise views, followers, sales, or search rankings. WordCraft AI is independent of Instagram, Meta, and TikTok.
Your inputs and AI suggestions
You retain the rights you have in the material you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process that material as needed to respond to your request and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may edit and use the suggestions the tool gives you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI suggestions can be inaccurate, repetitive, or similar to text received by others. We do not guarantee that an output is original, exclusive, copyrightable, or appropriate for every use. Review names, facts, tone, and any claims before sharing. You remain responsible for what you publish.
The example stories in our guides are original illustrative scenarios. They are not testimonials or accounts of events that happened to you.
Acceptable use
Submit only material you are entitled to use and share. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, expose private information, create unlawful threats or abuse, impersonate someone deceptively, or distribute spam or malicious content. Do not bypass rate limits, automate abusive requests, or attempt to access another person's account or non-public systems.
We may restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the operation of the service.
Accounts and support
The writing tools do not require an account. If you choose to create one for account or support features, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share another person's credentials or access their account. For service questions or account and privacy requests, use Support Tickets; an account is required to submit a ticket and track responses.
Availability and responsibility
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular result. Save copies of text you want to keep. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may change or discontinue features and will explain material changes in the relevant product flow or updated terms where appropriate.
Updates
The date above identifies the current version of these terms. Material changes will be described on this page. Continued use after revised terms take effect is subject to those terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
